Attacks by other clans

Would it be a good idea to make a note of any attacks made by other clans on our members?

Yes it would, But at the moment no clan has made threats to LNAW.

Remember, if you are caught trading in BMG's you WILL have to surrender
your cargo to the Police or Cop facilitater.
ie BG, UR, /COP\, otherwise you will be killed , and it would look bad on the clan.

I have been caught loads of times but as we like to RP, we must obey RP rules.

Sneeky Tatics are need to be used when dealing in BMG's, Like keep an eye on
Police activitys on the chat boards, if its becoming dicy, switch characters, as u
already know...lol

The incident he's referring to involved a pirate called G21Alex (or similar) who demanded tax than blew him away after he pressed accept on the transfer. Corvus also said the same scenario had happened with this player when he was playing as another character previously. Going by our charter this seems pretty out of order, I advised him to ask you before taking action, what are your feelings on this Cygna?

As we know, Piracy is not tolerated by LNAW, But at this moment in time Pirates are a RP Character
so to play the game as it were we MUST pay the said Taxes.
But only if you are flying a trading ship, if you are in a fighter then NO, attack him only if he has fired first, as an act of self defence.
We are a Merc Clan so we can't act as Police, but only in self defence.

If there are Police online at the time, report the incident to them, they should help you.
Also, if it carrys on, take screenshots and post on Swat portal as evidence, then it will draw
the right ( i hope ) sort of attention the issue deserves.

Unprevoked attacks on LNAW will be classed as an ACT OF WAR, and will be delt with, with deadly
force, but not revenge.

Once the Pirate has received the tax he must back off and let you pass, if he destroys you after
you have paid, then that is against server RP rules, hence screenshots.

Also i have also said in our charter, that ANYONE that is being hounded by Pirates can call on our
services as MEDIATOR, to escort Pirate out of system, allowing the innocent to escape.
But if he fires at any LNAW ship, then we use deadly force.
We are a different type of Merc, between Cop and Merc, as you know a MEDIATOR, a sort of Jedi clan, Defenders Of Peace.

We can be hired to attack people, but only if its to create the peace, like spawn campers, and Pirates that feel like they don't care about RP and attack anyone.

{LP} Marauder is a friendly pirate, pay him tax and he will leave you alone, plus he is a fair player.
there are others but they slip my mind at the mo.

Remember our moto: TRADE, MINE, ATTACK, DEFEND the first 2 being what we do the most.

[G41] Alex is his name. Apparently mine is not the only complaint concerning this fool. The first time it happened I was immediately contacted by a cop to know the circumstances. He is a known crim on the servers but as far as I know is yet to be prosecuted.
Anyway, ROE is now clear, ^^Cygna.
